We believe in transparency, and there are no hidden fees associated with our coworking space. The pricing we provide includes all the amenities and services mentioned in our packages. However, please note that any optional add-on services or extras may be subject to additional charges.

What is the duration of the membership agreement?

We offer flexible membership terms to cater to different needs. Our membership agreements range from month-to-month options to longer-term commitments. You can choose the duration that suits your requirements best.

Are there any discounts available for long-term commitments?

Yes, we do offer discounts for residents who choose longer-term commitments. Our team would be happy to discuss the available options and provide you with the best pricing based on your desired membership duration.

Are meeting room credits included with my membership?

Yes, every membership tier at Comence comes with a specified number of meeting room credits. For more details about what’s included in your specific membership, please reach out to our Community team.

How do I cancel my Comence membership?

We’re always sorry to hear about a member planning to leave. To cancel your membership, you’ll need to reach out to our Community team who will guide you through the process. Please keep in mind that cancellation policies in your membership agreement will apply.

How do I add and remove my team members?

To add or remove residents/team members, please contact our Community team. They’ll guide you through the process and ensure everything is set up correctly for your team.


What are your operating hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. However, for our dedicated nite residents, we offer 24/7 access, allowing you to work whenever inspiration strikes.

Please be aware that while our Comence facility remains open until 9pm, our Community team’s standard operating hours are until 6pm. While you’re free to utilize the space outside of these hours, we may not be able to provide immediate on-site assistance after 6pm.

Can I customize my workspace according to my needs?

Certainly! We understand that everyone has unique preferences and requirements. Our flexible workspace options allow you to customize your area to align with your work style and preferences. Just let us know your specific needs, and we’ll work together to create the perfect workspace for you.

Can I bring my own equipment, such as monitors or printers?

Absolutely! We understand that professionals often have their preferred equipment. You are more than welcome to bring your own devices, monitors, or printers to personalize your workspace and optimize your productivity.

What are the rules regarding noise and phone calls?

We encourage a respectful working environment. For phone calls, we have phone booths/Call Pods and designated areas to ensure that noise is kept to a minimum and all residents can focus on their work.

what is comence's policy on office signage? how can i display my company logo on my office door?

Comence provides one free company signage for each office. To have your logo displayed, we require a vector file (.ai, .eps, or .pdf) of your logo design. The signage, which is an adhesive, will be placed on your office window facing the corridor, showcasing your company name and logo. Our Community team will reach out to you with ordering instructions prior to your move-in. If you’ve already moved in and haven’t ordered your free logo, please reach out to your on-site Community team.

Is there a dress code at Comence?

We believe in a comfortable work environment, so there is no formal dress code at Comence. We just ask that our residents dress in a way that is respectful to the diverse community we host.

We are conveniently situated in Township, Lahore, at Ayesha Heights Plaza, 3rd floor. Our address is Ayesha Heights, Main Maulana Shaukat Ali Rd, Township Block 1, Lahore, 54600, Pakistan. It’s a prime location that offers easy accessibility and a vibrant surrounding area.

Do you have any communal/common areas for networking and collaboration?

Absolutely! We understand the value of networking and collaboration. That’s why we have designated communal areas where you can connect with like-minded professionals, share ideas, and foster meaningful collaborations.

Is parking available at your coworking space?

Absolutely! We offer ample car parking facilities for your convenience. Our building provides secure basement parking with a capacity of up to 150 vehicles, along with an additional 75 parking spaces available on the ground floor. Furthermore, we have dedicated spots for motorcycles, with a capacity exceeding 600 spots in the basement. Rest assured, you’ll have plenty of parking options available at our location.

Please note, when reaching capacity, car parking spots will be allocated on a priority basis

Do you charge for parking?

No, we do not charge for car parking. It is complimentary and included as part of your package. We value your convenience and want to ensure a seamless experience for you and your guests. However, please note that parking is subject to availability.

What about parking facility for motorcycles?

We provide parking for over 600 motorcycles, ensuring a secure and convenient experience. Additionally, storage lockers are available in the basement parking area for your helmets and jackets. Ride in confidently and enjoy the energy of our dynamic workspace!

What measures do you take to ensure a comfortable and productive work environment?

We prioritize creating a comfortable and productive work environment. Our coworking space is designed to offer ergonomic furniture, ample natural light, noise reduction features, and dedicated quiet zones to minimize distractions and maximize focus.

Are there any areas for relaxation or downtime?

Yes, Comence believes in a balanced work environment. We have comfortable lounges and relaxation areas where you can take a break, socialize, or just relax.


Can I book meeting rooms in advance?

Yes, you can! We encourage our residents to plan ahead by allowing them to book our state-of-the-art meeting rooms in advance. Just let our friendly staff know your preferred date and time, and we’ll ensure that your meeting space is reserved and ready for your productive sessions.

How do I book a workspace?

To book a workspace at Comence, you can either call or email our Community team. They’re always ready to assist with your booking needs.

Can I reserve multiple workspaces on the same day?

Yes, provided availability and as per your membership plan, you can reserve multiple workspaces on the same day if you have sufficient credits available. Please get in touch with our Community team to arrange this.

Can I book workspace on the weekend?

Our Comence residents with dedicated desks or private offices can access the space 24/7, including weekends. For other memberships, weekend workspace booking is subject to availability and may require additional arrangements with our team.

Can I book workspace on a holiday?

Dedicated desk and private office residents with nite packages will have 24/7 access, even on holidays. For other residents, access on holidays would depend on Comence’s holiday schedule, and it’s best to check with our Community team for accurate information.

Can I bring guests?

Feel free to bring guests to our coworking spaces during our business hours (9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday) for up to two hours. For extended stays beyond two hours, kindly purchase a Visitor Day Pass from our welcome desk.

How do I register a guest for meeting rooms?

You can register a guest by contacting our Community team. Please provide them with your guest’s name and the date and time of the visit, and they’ll take care of the rest.


What happens if I lose my access card?

If you lose your access card, please report it to our team immediately. We will deactivate your lost card and provide a replacement. Please note, there may be a small fee for the replacement card.

What security measures do you have in place?

Your safety and security are our utmost priority. We have implemented comprehensive security measures, including CCTV surveillance, secure access controls, and trained personnel, to ensure a safe working environment for all our residents.

Do you provide storage facilities for personal belongings?

Yes, we offer secure storage facilities for our residents to store their personal belongings. You can have peace of mind knowing that your items are safely stored within our premises.

Kindly note that each private workspace at Comence comes with its own complimentary locker storage for your convenience. For larger private rooms, we provide an additional extra-large locker space to accommodate more storage needs


Can I host events or workshops at your coworking space?

Absolutely! We encourage our residents to host events, workshops, or networking sessions at our coworking space. Our flexible event spaces can be booked for such occasions. Please reach out to our team for more information and assistance in organizing your event.

What is Comence's policy on refrigerator use? When are the refrigerators cleaned?

At Comence, we ensure our refrigerators are cleaned out every week to maintain cleanliness and provide ample space for everyone. This is typically done at 3 pm on Fridays across most regions. Any items left in the refrigerator without a note past this time, including the container, will be disposed of.

What if I need to leave something in the Comence refrigerator over the weekend?

If you need to store something in the refrigerator over the weekend, please affix a sticky note with your name stating the item should be kept.


How can I adjust the temperature in my Comence office?

Temperature control can vary from office to office due to the impacts on the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system and how it may affect neighbouring offices in your temperature zone. The temperature in communal areas is set for the comfort of all residents using that space.

What measures can I take to ensure my HVAC system is operating efficiently at Comence?

Our HVAC systems are designed for your comfort and to conserve energy. We recommend the following to ensure your HVAC system operates effectively:

  • Ensure doors and windows are shut.
  • Avoid using personal heaters, kettles, or coffee makers, which can increase temperatures and affect HVAC performance.
  • Make sure temperature sensors are not obstructed or placed near heat sources.
  • If you’re working beyond regular hours, our HVAC systems are modified to save energy. Please contact the on-site Community team for more details.
